Elisha Hensey had breakout night, scoring 27 points and hauling in nine rebounds to lead the Pronghorns (11-7, 4-1) to a 66-62 win over Central Wyoming (7-9, 0-6).
The 5-7 sophomore guard from Las Vegas was 9-of-13 from the floor for an exceptional shooting night. Gillette led by two points at the intermission and stayed just out of reach in the second half, despite shooting just 50 percent from free-throw line.
Iesha Greer finished with eight points and five rebounds.
Jordan Scott-Benson had eight points and seven rebounds and Alex Ward added seven points.
The Pronghorns had a strong shooting night, finishing 47 percent from the floor and 44 percent from 3-point range.
The Rustlers made up ground from 3-point range where they were 7-of-13 from beyond the arc, 4-of-6 in the second half.
In other Northern Conference action, Miles defeated Northwest 82-68.
Casper College beat Little Big Horn 88-54.
